MI01 Nail Machine

High-speed, cost-effective production

The ENKOTEC MI01 is a high-speed rotary nail machine, specially designed to meet the demands of your short and medium-size production runs. For this model ENKOTEC has chosen a simple and sturdy transmission system, mainly based on belt drives, with a more mechanical adjustment set-up than on our NX series models. Like the NX machines, the MI01 has an efficient active nail ejection system, pushing and dragging the nails out of the dies and thus ensuring the safe evacuation of all finished nails from the machine. The tooling ring includes a reduced number of dies, which is a contributing factor in allowing tooling changeovers in the MI01 machine to be made easily and in little time.
 

User-friendly and environment-friendly concept

The MI01 nail machine is user-friendly in its design with an ergonomic working height, foot controlled wire feeding, and easy access for cleaning and service. The ENKOTEC rotary forming principle permits to implement an environment-friendly production with a low noise level, small energy consumption and an oil-free manufacturing process, eliminating the need for subsequent nail tumbling. The straightening unit is placed in a closed box, from which it is possible to establish a connection to exhaust ventilation, so that dust can be efficiently evacuated for cleaner operation and better machine cooling.
