ENKOTEC’s high-capacity nail machines, the NX series, have been designed according to a modular principle with a basic machine and six machine variants. The ENKOTEC rotary forming principle permits to produce high-quality nails at an unprecedented speed, since wire feeding, wire cutting and head forming take place in one continuous process of rotating movements. This unique forming principle makes our nail manufacturing machines the most efficient on the market, while assuring excellent reliability and offering the possibility of automated production. A key factor in the efficiency of ENKOTEC rotary nail machines is the highly durable tooling integrated in the process line and guaranteeing smooth, non-stop operations.
 

User-friendly and environment-friendly concept

The NX machines come with a PLC control system and touch screen operator interface, which is easy to navigate and allows quick setup of nail parameters. The compact, space-saving design, featuring an open-door system, makes is easy to replace parts, change tooling or carry out maintenance routines. The ENKOTEC rotary forming principle makes it possible to implement an environment-friendly production with a low noise level, small energy consumption and an oil-free manufacturing process, eliminating the need for subsequent nail tumbling. The straightening unit is placed in a closed box, from which it is possible to establish a connection to exhaust ventilation, so that dust can be efficiently evacuated for cleaner operation and better machine cooling.
