Extremely high capacity and cost-efficiency

One of the innovative features of the TA01 thread rolling machine is the very accurate insertion principle. The constant quantity of nails engaged and the precise nail insertion result in a very high and uniform profiling quality. The machine can profile up to 2,500 nails per minute, without affecting the production stability, no matter whether the profile chosen is screw shank or annular. The actual production speed is depending on the nail type, the profile type and the feeding rate from the vibratory parts-feeder bowl, supplied as standard with the machine. The machine is capable of running in-line in a nail manufacturing line or as a standalone machine. 
 

User-friendly and environment-friendly concept

The TA01 is controlled from a userfriendly touch-screen, which makes it possible to choose the nail type, and then start, stop, initialize, adjust and monitor the machine. Thanks to the state-of-the-art design, tooling changeovers can be carried out easily and in short time. The machine includes covers over the process zone and around the circular feeder section of the machine, protecting the user and reducing the noise level. The TA01 comes equipped with a cooling system and a connection to exhaust ventilation. This feature makes it possible to efficiently exhaust dust from the machine’s process zone and from the ejection area.
