A Brief Overview
What is ENKOsmart Factory
ENKOsmart Factory is a manufacturing execution system (MES) used to optimise operations and maximise outputs by using IT to collect data and monitor daily processes to provide a long-term overview of your efficiency and manufacturing procedures.
Data is collected via the ENKOsmart platform and sensors embedded in our newest machinery. The data is first transmitted to a local data collection point, and then to ENKOTEC's cloud, where it is transformed easily understandable dashboards that display the data in real-time. Different versions of these dashboards can be displayed on the shopfloor, and in the manager's office - whether on or off-site.

"You can see how many percent the machine was running. Before, I didn't know. I needed to go down, I needed to ask. Now I can see it in one view."
Koen Dekeyzer
Plant Manager, Nails of Flanders
"We can always understand what's going on in the machines and inside the company, even if, for example, I'm not inside the office."
