ENKOTEC Paper Tape Collator
The ENKOTEC paper collator, ENKOllator type CTS02, is a standalone machine, designed for making collated sticks of nails at a speed up to 1,650 nails per minute, capacity depending on nail dimensions and feeding rate of the ENKOTEC feeder bowl. It comes equipped with a standalone induction heater, chiller, and cooling system for the nail tape adhesion.
The CTS02 collator has a robust design with easy access to key processes. The nail flow from feeder to collator is optimised for specific nail ranges and it is easy to fine tune the nail angle. The CTS02 can collate both D-head and Offset nails with very high quality in head rotation and head alignment for perfect function in the nail gun. ENKOTEC supplies an in-line standalone tip coating unit connected directly to the CTS02. All units are CE marked and a noise reduction cabin around the feeder is available as an option.
Our ENKOclean: Vibron system has been specifically developed to wash and dry the nails before collation to ensure optimal tape adhesion.
